Windsor Photographic Society

Who we are

The Windsor Photographic Society, affiliated with the Chilterns Association of Camera Clubs (CACC), is the long-established photographic club for Windsor and the surrounding area. The Society normally meets at the auditorium of the Old Court in Windsor.

What we do

We have planned an exciting and interesting programme for the season. In addition our specialist groups will continue their activities. Our programme covers just about every aspect of photography: Inspirational speakers, tutorials, competitions, practical evenings, portrait nights, digital imaging, photo walks, social events and more.

We hold internal and external competitions with opportunities for you to share your knowledge with the group.

We also have a buddy system for new members where you can be linked with an experienced member of WPS who can provide help and photographic expertise so don't worry if you are a complete beginner - we have friendly members who can help you.

How to find out more and pay us a visit

If you would like to find out more about WPS please come along on any Monday evening and introduce yourself to our Chair, Denis Wesson, or any of the Committee Members who will be delighted to welcome you and answer any questions you may have. Alternatively you can contact our membership secretary, Philip Beesley, or other Committee members via the website links. Trial evenings are normally free unless there is an external speaker when we will ask you to contribute £5.

Photographers of all ages are welcome but any member under 16 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult to all WPS meetings and events.

There's information about club membership on our Membership page and details of annual subscription rates here.
