How to Enter a Competition

How to submit printed images.

A Digital copy of the print must first be must be uploaded via your web portal no later than midnight
on the Thursday prior to the competition. It is the members own responsibility for
ensuring their entry details have been uploaded correctly. Please ensure you state in the message box that this is for the PRINT Competition.

Bring your Mounted Prints for display no later than 7.45pm on the evening of the
competition with the submitting member's membership no, name and image title clearly written on the back in CAPITAL LETTERS.

Save as [MembershipNo]_[First name][Last name]_Title.jpg’

e.g. ‘330_Doug Harding_Sunset on Windsor Castle.jpg

Prints must not be framed under glass,                                                                           
 


How to submit projected (digital) images
Projected (digital) images must be uploaded via your web portal no later than midnight
on the Thursday prior to the competition. It is the members own responsibility for
ensuring their entry details have been uploaded correctly
Projected images must be:
JPEG format; sRGB colour space
Less than 3MB

 

Save as [MembershipNo]_[First name][Last name]_Title.jpg’

e.g. ‘330_Doug Harding_Sunset on Windsor Castle.jpg

Your filename should not contain any special characters other than an
underscore so no '"‐£%! characters or spaces in it. Letters, numbers and underscores are ok.

 

How to upload images using the website

Members can upload, printed as well as projected images here by clicking the 'RED ENTER' above.

Enter your email address as your username and your membership number as your password and ‘log in’

Click on ‘Message Section’ and type in the information as requested.

Click the browse button and select your image from your hard Drive.

Click on the ‘Upload Now Button’
